- Only original GFS Chemicals Double Distilled Acid Bottles can be returned to us for an eligible credit.
- Eligible returns for credit must have been purchased directly from GFS Chemicals.
- Call GFS Customer Service Department at 800.858.9682 to obtain a Bottle Return RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization)
- Your GFS Chemicals representative will need the number and size of the bottles being returned in order to process your credit - which can be used toward future purchases.
- All return bottles must be water rinsed and free of acid residue.
- All bottles must be returned with the original cap.
- All bottles must have original GFS Chemicals labels adhered.
- Use the GFS box from your replenishment order or your own suitable box to return the bottles.
- Return deposits will be credited to your account within 30 days of receipt.
